Welcome to Westmor Ballroom. By accessing our website, registering for classes, booking private lessons, renting our venue, attending events, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Agreement. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or participating in any service provided by Westmor Ballroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
3. Registration & Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel registrations due to:

Non-payment

Fraudulent transactions

Disruptive behavior

Safety concerns

Violation of these Terms
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please refer to our published Cancellation Policy for current cancellation and rescheduling requirements.
Generally:

Private lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Group class packages are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period.

No refunds are issued for missed classes or no-shows.
Westmor Ballroom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a class or lesson, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a makeup class, reschedule the lesson, or provide an appropriate credit.
5. Venue Rentals & Private Events
Venue rental agreements may require separate contracts, deposits, payment schedules, insurance requirements, and cancellation policies.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, vendors, or contractors during their event.
Westmor Ballroom reserves the right to refuse or terminate any event that poses safety risks, violates applicable laws, or exceeds agreed-upon occupancy limits.
6. Health & Safety
Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks.
By participating in lessons, practices, performances, or events, you acknowledge that:

You are physically capable of participating.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with dance and physical activity.

You agree to participate at your own risk.
If you have medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, please consult your physician before participating.
Participants should immediately notify an instructor of any injury or medical emergency.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities at Westmor Ballroom.
Westmor Ballroom, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss of personal property, or damages arising from participation in classes, rehearsals, private lessons, social events, competitions, or use of the facility, except where prohibited by law.
8. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Westmor Ballroom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Items left behind may be discarded or donated if unclaimed after a reasonable period.
9. Photography & Video
From time to time, Westmor Ballroom may photograph or record classes, events, performances, or social dances for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
By attending our facility or events, you grant Westmor Ballroom permission to use photographs or video in which you may appear unless you notify us in writing before the event.
Guests who prefer not to be photographed should inform a staff member upon arrival.
10. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Guests are expected to:

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow dancers with respect.

Follow instructor and staff directions.

Wear appropriate attire and footwear.

Maintain appropriate personal hygiene.

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive language, intoxication, or disruptive behavior.
Westmor Ballroom reserves the right to remove any participant without refund whose behavior negatively impacts others or creates safety concerns.
11. Gift Cards
Gift cards:

Are non-refundable.

Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

May not be replaced if lost or stolen.
