Cancellation & Participation Policy
Private Dance Lessons
Private dance lessons are reserved specifically for you and your instructor. To ensure fairness and scheduling availability for all students, the following cancellation policy applies:

No refunds will be issued for canceled private lessons.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged the full lesson fee and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without notice ("no-show") will be charged the full lesson fee.
Group Dance Lessons & Class Packages

Group lesson packages must be used within three (3) months of the original purchase date.

Package credits may be applied to any eligible group class offered by Westmor Ballroom during the validity period.

Unused classes expire after three months and are not eligible for refund or extension.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, no-shows, or unused drop-in class registrations.

Group class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in dance lessons, classes, workshops, rehearsals, and events involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any activity at Westmor Ballroom, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Westmor Ballroom, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, medical condition, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in any lesson, class, rehearsal, event, or use of the facility.
Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any dance or fitness-related activity and are responsible for determining their own physical readiness to participate.
